You’ll also gain expertise from industry insiders, as business executives visit and share their professional insights during the programme. With a diverse group of faculty members, professionals, peers and partner companies to learn from, you’ll develop a practical and theoretical understanding of globally responsible management – and build a plan of action for your future.

September to April

Gain a broad understanding of business management, enabling you to make qualified and sustainable business decisions in complex international environments. Through participatory and interactive learning with small teams and an individual approach, you will realise your full potential.

  • Responsible Management and Sustainable Business
  • Responsible Finance and Accounting
  • Managing Groups and Human Resources
  • Sustainable Operations Management
  • Dissertation Preparation and Research Methods
  • Strategy, Organisation and Change
  • Managing Consultancy Projects
  • Responsible International Marketing
  • Environmental Management

April to June

Focus on your field of professional interest, selecting the right electives to sharpen your skills in business development, sustainability management and operations management. You can study at Audencia or at one of our programme’s two international partner universities. Either way, you’ll network with a diverse group of students.

Choose four courses to gain a deeper knowledge in one or more interest areas, always with respect to business impacts on the environment. Example courses include:

  • Managing Innovation
  • Entrepreneurial and/or Social Business Plan
  • Sustainable Marketing of New Products and Services
  • Arts, Management and Creativity
  • Responsible Leadership for a Sustainable Future
  • Finance and Risk Management
  • Sustainable Purchasing and Supply Chain Management

Take advantage of our programme’s two international partners and study abroad. Arrange a study week to suit your needs and increase your expertise in a field relevant to your MBA project.

Your professional goals and interests matter most. During this programme, you’ll undertake a project related to your own professional plan.

Your research project can be in the form of:

  • Company consulting project
  • An entrepreneurial project, which may include writing a business plan or developing or advancing a business idea
  • An academic research dissertation

You’ll attend a preparation and research methods course during the first term, where you will develop a research proposal. Early in the second term, you’ll work with an individual supervisor, who will guide you through the process of researching and writing.

We organise a series of professional development trainings and events in a range of formats, topics and competencies. This helps you jump ahead in your current field, pursue a new career or compete for senior management positions. You’ll also further develop your leadership, negotiation and networking skills.

Develop your managerial skills in parallel with your theoretical knowledge in seminars held during the first two terms of your MBA studies. Seminar topics include leadership skills, change management, communication skills, business ethics, and more.

Taught by a broad collection of international experts, Audencia’s one- to two-day MBA master classes give you insider knowledge and strengthen your ability to lead in a strategic, profitable and responsible way. Topics range from economic fraud and corruption, intercultural management and responsible investing.

While the Full-time MBA is entirely English-taught, as an international student, you may attend French language courses throughout the year, adding to your portfolio of professional competencies.
Intensive week: total duration of 30 hours; free of charge (about one week before programme)
Evening classes: total duration of 15 hours; free of charge (September to December)

You’ll work closely with our team of international career advisors, who help each MBA student develop an individual career plan. The career services team also offers workshops on networking, CV writing and interview skills, as well as self-awareness and individual coaching. See Career & alumni for more information.

Our innovative teaching methods and culture of collaboration help you build experience through exchanges with faculty members and peers, as well as via creative projects, case studies, business simulation games and hands-on work with companies. You’ll spend roughly three hours preparing for each class. This creates an environment where discussion, personal experience and points of view complement independent learning and more traditional methods.

  • GMAT prep courses (as soon as you’ve registered)
  • Consulting projects
  • Entrepreneurial project (optional)
  • Live business simulations through active team building
  • Global Responsibility Day
  • Internship (optional)
  • Mock interviews
